Product Design & UX Leadership

About

Hi, I'm Meg Neumann. I define product futures, create experiences people love, & build the teams that deliver them.

I specialize in transforming complex research into actionable product strategies while building the teams that bring them to life. My approach combines strategic vision with practical execution, allowing me to help organizations articulate their future and create the path to get there. Leaders trust me to tackle critical challenges, unite diverse perspectives, and deliver results that drive growth.

My journey spans from designing Dropbox's first support experience to leading product design at Favor during their growth to Austin's fastest-growing company. Through each role, I've developed a distinctive approach that balances innovation with pragmatism, helping organizations scale while staying true to their users' needs. This combination of startup agility and enterprise experience gives me a unique perspective on building products and teams that succeed at any scale.

I'm currently an Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction Institute).
