Designing a world of work that works for everyone

At Indeed, I lead a global group of over 100 UX professionals working to help people get jobs at the world’s number 1 job site. Globally, I head up the UX Research, Content Design, and Design Technology functions at Indeed. Additionally, I lead a specialized design team called End-to-End Experiences. This small, cross-functional team operates as an internal design and product strategy consultancy within the broader R&D organization. The team focuses on addressing critical issues that span across product teams at Indeed and provides support to senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives.

Notable accomplishments

• Owned accessibility across all Job Seeker products (2023 - 2024)

• Helped build the vision for our Job Seeker products & holistic experience (2023), and now working to help build the vision for the overall marketplace (2024)

• Built first Job Seeker preferences experience on Indeed (2021)

• Led our moonshot UX team, Indeed Research UX, the design team for Indeed's innovation R&D group (dissolved in RIF, 2022 - 2023)
